Four gigs covered in the latest blog that begins in Melbourne at the Imperial Hotel and finishes with a gig at the Sydney Opera House.
In September I had no idea what my new show would be about. After four nights in Adelaide I not only know but I have the show ready to go. Hammo digs "snacks"!
We're done! The final show of the Fringe is covered here before I take a break for a little while.
A day that includes awards, improvised comedy, full houses and running through the rain to make a gig on time.
The walking dead feeling of a lack of sleep is offset by a great buzz from two fun filled shows.
With three shows in one day I finally work out what the main challenge will be for the rest of the Edinburgh Fringe.
At this point in the Edinburgh Fringe everything is running so smoothly it is all about not falling over before the finish line.
I was feeling mentally flat for this gig and spent a lot of the show trying to maintain focus. Fun!
We're back to normal numbers at the Edinburgh Fringe as the rain holds off and the punters return.
A nice day to take time for myself leads to a night with not only my biggest audience but possibly the best gig of the run.
A slightly flat day thankfully doesn't lead to a flat gig...even if one dude is quite clearly not into it.
The day started with the industrial sound of progress and ended with me adopting a member of Aunty Donna as my son.
I made one final change to my solo show and then had a late night spot where I had the opportunity to have some fun banter with the audience..
A day time gig and a night time show. One had swearing and another didn't. I'm guessing you can work out which show was the more adult.
The first night of the Edinburgh Fringe has finally happened and it is all systems go go go!
My final gig in Australia for six weeks gave me a real opportunity to work on some material for Edinburgh.
I arrived at the gig feeling quite tired but luckily for me the audience was more than happy to bring the energy I was so sorely lacking.
The final night of Comedy Fightclub ends up not only packed but a great way to send off the room.
This turned out to be one of my favourite gigs at the Rhino Room.
My first gig in Adelaide for this run was at the Marion Hotel and ended up being such a fun night I'm not really certain of the set list.
